I'm an Amateur Extra-class operator, currently studying for the General Radiotelephone Operator License.

I thoroughly enjoy Parks On The Air (POTA) and CW (Morse) is my favorite mode to operate!

Despite my short tenure on the air, have much knowledge to share as I rediscover classic pitfalls, and try new methods in this fascinating hobby-for-life.

Developer of hardware reference platforms exhibiting technologies including PCI Express, USB2/3, USB Type-C, and USB Power Delivery.

Author of system architectures for new ASIC product developments for automotive and industrial embedded applications.

Proud to have contributed to the development of the USB Type-C and USB Power Delivery technologies, and to have brought successful USB PD products to market.

Programming

My best programming work comes out when I'm solving some niche problem. I'm not a brilliant computer science mind, I'm a problem solver! In my lifetime I've developed various microservices of all sorts (web, chat bots/daemons, desktop).

I've been been a prolific developer of random services for IRC, and of course eventually Discord.

Gaming

PC gamer for life. FPS, RTS, Flight Sim, Sports... it all keeps my competitive spirits high.
